Any amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall become effective from the date of publication on this site. Therefore we kindly invite you to carefully read the terms every time that you intend to carry out a purchase on the “www.myeinfuhlung.com” website.
How to submit and confirm an order
In order to carry out an order you must be 18 years of age or more. A submitted order shall be deemed confirmed by Einfuhlung S.à.r.l-S only after you have received an e-mail from our side confirming that the order process has been completed regularly, that the payment has been authorized and that the products are at least partially available. We suggest you to print the confirmation e-mail and keep it. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com. The information shown on the “www.myeinfuhlung.com” website does not constitute an offer but is to be considered as an invitation to offer.
Delivery terms and Payments
It is up to the purchaser to choose the payment and delivery terms offered on the “www.myeinfuhlung.com” website.
No other payment or delivery terms shall be authorized apart from those shown on the “www.myeinfuhlung.com” website.

Cancellation of contract
According to the Luxembourg Consumer Protection Code, you may have the right to cancel the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen (14) workdays from receiving the products. To return products we invite you to contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your returned items and within the above-mentioned period. We shall then inform you of the return modality.
You may return products within fourteen (14) workdays from receiving the products. The product must be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging with the guarantee seal, together with the relative transport documents. Shipping costs to Einfühlung S.à.r.l.-S are to be considered at your own expense and under your responsibility. If the return right is exercised in conformity with the above conditions, Einfühlung S.à.r.l.-S shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products. Transaction will occur by using the same means of payment used when order was placed (credit card refund, bank transfer or bank check). Refund right shall not be valid in case the returned items are customized or made to measure products. The removal of the guarantee seal shall constitute an alteration of the substantial integrity of the product. The presence of the original seal on the product is an essential condition to be entitled to refund. Products that are returned without the guarantee seal shall not be refunded.
Einfühlung S.à.r.l.-S warrants that the sold products are free from defects and vices. In case defective product is found, we kindly invite you to send a claim at your best convenience and however within ten (10) days from finding of the defect via e-mail at email@example.com. This warranty covers every defect found on product for two (2) years starting from its introduction in the market.
All the sold products follow the European Union (UE) regulations.

In case of payment by credit card, we inform to you that for your safety, payment shall be managed directly by encrypted protocol to the bank.
We shall not be informed of your credit card detail. The Stripe website, through which the transaction shall be held, follows all SSL safety standards. Transmission of your credit card details is under the responsibility of Stripe.
All the orders confirmed by Einfühlung S.à.r.l.-S are executed in Luxembourg and are governed exclusively by Luxembourgish law.
